ABOUT THE OWNER                                                             

 In 1999, Eugene Hicks began working in the restoration industry, providing emergency drying and cleaning services for homeowners in Portland, Oregon.  In 2001, he began managing production for ServiceMaster of Lake Oswego in their water, fire, and mold departments.  In 2002, Eugene took over as General Manager of the company.  His responsibilities included overseeing of production, estimating, billing and collections, providing customer service for all projects, as well as the developing and maintaining of yearly and quarterly budgets.  In November of 2005, Eugene started his own franchise, ServiceMaster Quality Restoration in Roseburg, and received the Fast Start Rookie Award for 2006 (only one given out per year, nationwide). January of 2008 brought expansion and Eugene purchased ServiceMaster Home Services in Grants Pass.  ServiceMaster Home Services provides water and fire damage restoration services in Josephine and Curry counties.
